We are currently looking for motivated, dynamic and rigorous test analysts willing to participate in the verification and validation activities of a new generation of software. This position involves the design and the conduct of individual and automated software tests.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and participate in the evolution of Automation Studio™ and related software;

Produce concept proofs and demonstration projects;

Accompany customers by optimizing their use of Automation Studio™;

Demonstrate the suitability of Automation Studio™ for the needs expressed by customers;

Participate in after-sales service;

Participate in testing new developments;

Train users on Automation Studio™, online or onsite;

Participate in writing the training and use documentation for the software;

Participate in different Automation Studio™ dependent service projects, such as user account tracking, Automation Studio™ project management, manufacturing catalog development management;

Participate in promotional shows;

Participate in the evolution of the quality system of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Software Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent;

Good knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, ISO standards;
-
3 years of experience;

Bilingual (French / English);

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;

Team spirit and work ethics;
-
Application of the different standards applied;

Have an editorial and communication quality management experience.
Preferable expertise
Fluency in English and/or other foreign languages is a requirement for this position, because the related responsibilities concern markets mainly outside Quebec, or because the person could be called upon to communicate with staff located in the other divisions of the company located abroad.
