Position Summary
As a Farm Laborer, you’ll be part of a hands-on team helping and working closely with supervisors and other team members in the field, with attention to detail and safety.
Main Duties
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols always
- General farm duties
What We’re Looking For
- Hard-working, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather
- Team player with good communication and attitude
- Able to lift to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license or experience in farm works an asset
- 1 to 2 years of experience with bees, crops, or agriculture preferred, but training provided
