Do you love performing, dressing up, and being the star of the party? We’re looking for an energetic, expressive, and outgoing performer to play Elsa, Ariel, Spider-Man, Batman, and other magical characters, lead/assist our signature bubble show, and/or provide face painting/balloon twisting at birthday parties and kids’ events.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in dance, acting, theatre, or performance, who thrives in high-energy environments and enjoys entertaining crowds.
Responsibilities
- Perform an engaging 30-minute interactive bubble show (full training provided!)
- Face paint simple designs (flowers, rainbows, sports balls, etc.)
- Portray magical characters such as Elsa, as well as angel, ballerina, mermaid, and Disney princess characters (costumes provided); Spiderman, Batman and Disney superheroes
- Work high-volume events with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Arrive early for a 10-minute setup and takedown
- Engage positively with children ages 1–12 and their families
Requirements
- Energetic, expressive, confident, and outgoing
- Comfortable performing in front of groups and staying “in character”
- Weekend availability (most events take place on Saturdays & Sundays)
- Headshots required (professional or clear, well-lit photos are acceptable)
- Must be willing to provide basic measurements for costume sizing (costumes are provided and fitted for each performer)
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (light equipment)
- Preferred: singing, dance, acting, and/or theatre experience; can drive on weekends with access to a vehicle and a valid full class N license; experience working with kids
Pay
- Flat rate starting at $70 per event plus compensation for gas
- Room to grow based on experience, performance skills, and role expansion
