Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Interest in continued learning and clinical growth
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends when needed
- New grads are welcome to apply
Compensation
Compensation structure includes:
- 60/40 split
- 80/20 growth incentive structure available based on performance benchmarks
Exact compensation will depend on schedule, availability, patient volume, and experience.
