We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing experience from initial contact to delivery. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, driven, relationship-oriented, and committed to delivering a premium luxury automotive experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and performance capabilities
- Conduct test drives and explain financing, leasing, and ownership options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers using CRM tools
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Stay current on Volvo products, promotions, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is an asset

Schedule

- Weekday, evening, and Saturday availability required
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
