Job Summary
Rotech is seeking an experienced Pump Assembler / Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, assemble, and test industrial pumps and rotating equipment. This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild industrial pumps.
- Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes.
- Prepare inspection, repair, and failure reports.
- Install mechanical seals, bearings, gaskets, and related components.
- Perform pump, baseplate, and coupling alignments.
- Repair gearboxes and other rotating equipment.
- Assemble and test repaired pumps.
- Read technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools.
- Travel to customer sites when required.
Qualifications
- Experience repairing and assembling industrial pumps or rotating equipment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Valid driver's licence is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
