Castlemore Advanced Therapeutics is looking for a friendly, skilled, and motivated Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary health team on a part-time basis.
We are a busy, well-established rehabilitation clinic with an excellent reputation for delivering hands-on, patient-focused care. Due to our steadily growing patient base, we are looking to add another physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people feel better, building their practice, and working alongside other ambitious healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment.

About the Role
As a Registered Physiotherapist at Castlemore Advanced Therapeutics, you will assess, treat, and support a wide range of patients using evidence-informed, hands-on physiotherapy techniques in a private clinical setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to grow your practice while contributing to a clinic culture centered on quality care and positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide thorough physiotherapy assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality manual, hands-on physiotherapy care
- Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercises, injury prevention, and recovery goals
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners within the multidisciplinary clinic
- Build strong therapeutic relationships through compassionate, patient-focused care
- Contribute to a positive clinic environment and support practice growth
- Stay current with best practices and continue developing clinical skills
Clinic Set-Up
We have designed our clinic model to support both excellent patient care and therapist success:
- 30-minute treatment sessions (2 patients per hour)
- 45-minute assessments
- All sessions are one-on-one with a registered therapist
- No assistants involved in patient treatment
- All equipment and treatment tools provided
- Large private treatment rooms
- A strong focus on helping people feel better through quality, personalized care
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the appropriate physiotherapy regulatory college in Ontario
- Strong hands-on/manual therapy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Professional, friendly, and patient-centered approach
- Motivated to grow a personal caseload and contribute to the clinic long term
Preferred Additional Certifications
The following are considered strong assets:
- Manual therapy certification
- Acupuncture certification
- Pelvic health training
- Vestibular rehabilitation training
