We are seeking a reliable and high-performing Residential Demolition Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential demolition projects. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and takes full ownership of their work while maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential demolition tasks including interior strip-outs, removal of fixtures, flooring, drywall, and structural components
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and dispose of debris in accordance with safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow project timelines and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential demolition experience (mandatory)
- Valid Full G Driver s License with a clean driving record
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and safety practices
