- a marketing backdrop for a major brand activation
When something goes wrong, they contact us.
Your job is to figure out the solution.
If you’ve worked in hospitality, restaurants, or retail, you may be a great fit for this role.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Specialist
- Answer customer questions via phone, chat, and email
- Solve shipping, order, and product issues
- Help customers choose the right display products
- Coordinate with production and graphics teams

A Typical Day Could Look Like This
A customer emails:
“My trade show starts next week and my booth hasn’t arrived yet.”
You might:
- check the order
- look up the shipment tracking
- contact our production team
- help arrange expedited delivery
Then you explain the solution clearly and calmly to the customer.
