Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator to join our team.
The Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator will have overall responsibility for all transactions from credit, documentation, funding, and customer service. They will review lease documents for accuracy and legal integrity prior to being sent to the client for signature. Upon receipt of signed documents, they will audit them and work with Credit and Sales to complete the funding package allowing the deal to be booked.
Must be comfortable on the phone and able to work in a fast-paced office environment with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Customer service is key, as this role works closely with leasing customers, admin staff, the sales team, funders, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Catalyst's funding partners to understand their processes, documentation, and funding requirements; ensure timely funding of lease files by reviewing documents and programs for accuracy.
- Update the system with funding details.
- Prepare and submit credit submissions.
- Generate documentation for lease transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Sales Team to ensure smooth transactions from credit through to funding.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, sales representatives, and internal staff regarding documentation issues, new programs, and pending approved lease applications.
- Maintain average to above-average KPIs relative to the broader support team.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
