We take pride in providing quality equipment and exceptional service to our customers. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Setup Technician to join our team.
Position Overview
The Equipment Setup Technician is responsible for preparing new equipment for delivery to customers. This includes assembling, inspecting, and ensuring all equipment meets dealership and manufacturer standards prior to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare new equipment including tractors, excavators, skid steers, and lawn equipment
- Install and configure attachments and accessories as specified by the sales department
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure equipment is fully operational
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure equipment is properly assembled and ready for customer delivery
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and presentable for customers
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure timely equipment preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with equipment assembly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Experience with agricultural, construction, or turf equipment is an asset but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
