We are looking for seasoned Family Physicians (minimum 2+ years licensed) who want to step away from high-volume, chaotic schedules. This role is not intended for new graduates. We need physicians familiar with rostered care who want to build a practice without administrative burdens.

The Opportunity:
Join a rapidly growing medical group with locations across the GTA (Toronto, Oakville, Kingsway, York Mills, Markham). You will build a dedicated rostered practice where you genuinely know your patients.
During the roster build (approx. 6–12 months): You will be compensated via walk-in/AHA shifts. Once your roster is full, you enjoy a relaxed, appointment-based practice (30-min slots) with a capped panel of 600 patients.

Who we are seeking:
- Minimum 2 years licensed as a Family Physician.
- Experienced in locum or rostered practice (new graduates will not be considered for this role).
- Holds valid CMPA malpractice insurance.
- Comfortable with Accuro EMR (asset, but training available for experienced users).
- Seeks stability, not volume-chasing.
New graduates, unfortunately, will not be a fit for this specific posting.
