This is a part-time administrative support role at a professional office, law and accounting.
This is an entirely in-office role. This will never be a work from home position. Our office is located in the New Toronto part of South Etobicoke.
What the successful applicant will bring:
- A high level of comfort with technology and confidence to approach troubleshoot IT issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
- Previous employment in a customer facing position and excellent references from prior managers.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2013, particularly Word and Excel.
- A professional demeanour in office and with clients.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent follow through and project management.
