The Holistic Institute of Health is one of Calgary’s most trusted integrated clinics, offering Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Massage, Chiropractic Care, Naturopathy, Psychology, Yoga, and more, with a special focus on fertility, prenatal, and postnatal care.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Superstar to support our team with coverage for vacations and time off. This role is ideal for someone who values being part of a caring team, enjoys connecting with people, and is looking for steady part-time hours with flexibility.
This position works best for someone who:
- Appreciates a consistent but lighter schedule (5–15 hours per week)
- IMPORTANT-Has flexibility during weekdays, evenings, and weekends (DAYTIME FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST)
- Is dependable and comfortable stepping in when the team needs support
- Enjoys being in a people-focused, service-oriented role
What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, professional experience for every patient from the moment they arrive
- Keep therapists on time and supported throughout the day
- Manage bookings, payments, and clinic flow with attention to detail
- Reflect our clinic’s values of care, respect, and professionalism in all interactions

Shifts
- Primarily SE, Deer Run location (occasional shifts in NW, Greenwich location)
- Evenings and weekends (Saturday and or Sunday daytime)
- Approximately 5–15 hours per week
- Coverage for time off and vacations, with potential for additional hours for the right fit
