We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ink Colouring Technician to join our team. Come work for a great company. This role involves managing product colouring, ink display, ensuring ink matches the client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ink expertise, and a solid understanding of ink packaging machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up ink to match specifications; match, formulate, and measure for designated orders, prioritizing as needed
- Perform quality tests and checks
- Troubleshoot ink issues
- Maintain inventory to meet or exceed goals/targets
- Update and maintain records, reports, samples, recipes/blends
- Work closely with graphics department, operations, inventory, leadership, product development
- Maintain storage and work area to meet protocols Effectively communicate with others
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience in a related field required; color matching
- Ability to detect color required
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines
- Excellent communications skills (both written/verbal)
Pay: $22.26 per hour
