Responsibilities
Assist dentists during examinations and treatment procedures
Perform intraoral duties within the scope of your Level II certification
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient appointments
Support efficient patient flow throughout the day
Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide excellent patient care
Qualifications
Required
Level II Dental Assistant License eligible to practice in Canada
Certified Dental Assistant designation
Ability to perform intraoral procedures with the dentist
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach
Preferred
Experience with AbelDent software
Familiarity with CAD/CAM or digital dentistry technology
