Job Summary
We are opening a family-owned Italian restaurant and are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to support our kitchen.
This is a hybrid back-of-house role ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during both prep and busy service.
Duties
- Assist with daily food prep (chopping, portioning, basic prep tasks)
- Support the line during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Wash dishes and ensure a steady flow of clean equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running efficiently
Skills
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to handle both prep work and cleaning tasks
- Willing to learn and grow within the kitchen
