Faces Medical Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Esthetician to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. We are looking for a skilled professional who can provide exceptional client care while delivering high-quality beauty and skincare services.
Job Responsibilities
Waxing Services
- Perform face and body waxing treatments, including brows, lip, chin, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, and Brazilian waxing
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess suitability and contraindications
- Educate clients on pre- and post-waxing care
- Maintain strict hygiene and infection-control standards
Eyelash Extension Services
- Apply Classic, Hybrid, and Volume eyelash extensions
- Perform lash fills, removals, and lash aftercare consultations
- Assess natural lash health and recommend appropriate lash styles
- Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes
Esthetic Services
- Perform facials and skin treatments based on experience and training
- Conduct skin assessments and recommend treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare routines and home care products
- Recommend appropriate retail products to support treatment outcomes
Client Care & Consultations
- Welcome clients and create a professional, comfortable experience
- Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service
- Follow up with clients regarding treatment results and future appointments
- Manage client concerns professionally and effectively
Clinic Operations
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each appointment
- Sterilize and disinfect tools, equipment, and treatment areas according to industry standards
- Maintain inventory and notify management of low stock levels
- Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
Business Development
- Encourage client retention through rebooking and treatment plans
- Promote clinic services, packages, memberships, and retail products
- Participate in social media content creation when needed (before-and-after photos, treatment features, educational content)
- Help grow personal and clinic clientele through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Licensed/Certified Esthetician
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in waxing and/or eyelash extensions
- Strong consultation and sales skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently
Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:
- Facials
- Chemical peels
- Dermaplaning
- Microdermabrasion
- Laser hair removal
- Brow tinting and shaping
- Lash lifts and tints
- Medical aesthetics environment
