Zeebest Plastics of Canada Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Rotational Molding Machine Operator to join our team in Morinville, AB. This position plays a key role in the production of high-quality rotationally molded products, ensuring safe operation of equipment, adherence to specifications, and consistent product quality.

About the Opportunity
The Rotational Molding Machine Operator is responsible for producing high-quality plastic components while ensuring all products meet strict quality standards for our customers. This role involves operating and monitoring rotational molding equipment, inspecting finished products, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and supporting overall production operations. Responsibilities:
- Keep assigned work area clean and orderly by performing regular housekeeping and returning unused molds to storage.
- Inspect assigned molds and equipment daily to identify repair, maintenance, and cleaning requirements; complete minor repairs or submit maintenance requests to the Manager.
- Pull materials as required for daily work orders.
- Load molds into ovens and set programs for cook time, temperature, and rotation according to product specifications.
- Unload molds to cooling areas using a forklift or other designated lifting equipment.
- Maintain production logs with details of each completed product.
- Crosstrain and provide backup support to other departments (Welding, Trim, Shipping/Receiving) as required.
- Actively participate in the safety program by wearing required PPE, following safe work procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with customers and employees.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2 years of production experience in rotational molding.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Forklift operator.
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools, including impact drills, pry bars, hammers, and similar equipment.
- Proactive safety attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn.
