Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee contract renewals, provide account reporting and reconciliations, and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business needs and objectives.
- Conduct regular account reviews (weekly, monthly) to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Contract Management
- Manage client package contracts, including annual reviews and renewals.
- Ensure contract terms, pricing, and service commitments are accurately maintained.
- Coordinate contract amendments, upgrades, and renewals with clients and internal teams.
- Complete proposal preparations, pricing discussions, and solution recommendations in collaboration with Service Manager .
- Monitor contract expiry dates and proactively initiate renewal discussions.
Client Reporting & Reconciliation
- Prepare and provide regular account updates to clients with collaboration from the Service Manager
- Deliver account reconciliations and billing-related reviews as required.
- Assist clients with understanding service utilization, contract status, and account activity.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications & reporting with HubSpot
Operational Service & Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the Service Department to address client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet regularly with the Service Manager and appropriate Service Team members to understand clients from the operational side for updates and meetings.
- Escalate client concerns and coordinate resolutions with appropriate internal teams.
- Support service reviews and improvement initiatives based on client feedback.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and internal departments.
- Prepare and assist with Project Management sales cycle for Clients with the Service Manager and Service Department
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle all administrative tasks related to client accounts and requests including accounts receivables and hardware order management in collaboration with Hardware Department.
- Contribute to revenue growth and client retention objectives.
- Maintain accurate client records and account documentation.
- Prepare internal reports and account summaries as required.
- Ensure CRM (HubSpot) and account management systems are updated and maintained.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in technology, managed services, or related industry.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar customer management tools.
- Experience with ticketing or service management systems.
- Basic accounting or financial reconciliation knowledge.
- Contract administration or contract renewal experience.
