McCauley Community After School Care Association is seeking passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Educator's to join our Morinville team. The ideal candidate are required to have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
We are currently seeking part time and full time level 1, 2 or 3's who are flexible within the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm. Please be familiar with split shifts upon applying.

Candidates must posses experience working with children 3-12 years of age, be a great team player, be available to work flexible hours and have excellent communication skills.
We are seeking educator's who will provide effective supervision of children at all times, work with co-educators to implement interest based programming, build great relationships with children/families/co-educators, provide excellent child guidance skills and follow all licensing regulations, policies and procedures.
Successful candidate's must hold a Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certificate (minimum level 1), have a clear criminal record check with a vulnerable sector and have current first aid. Starting wage ranges from $17.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications, in addition, all educators whom hold a level also receive government top up between $2.64-$8.62 per hour.
