Business Development Sales REP
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized & detail-oriented, charismatic Sales Concierge and Business Development Coordinator. As a Sub-Contractor you will be part of a team co-ordinated to sell in a commercial environment at the ACI Group of Companies . To support the sales process for large scale fabric buildings ( projects from $100,000 to $1M +) This is not a passive Role --this is a deal-driven position where you will play a key role in moving opportunities forward, managing client communication, and supporting the closing of high-value contracts.Experienced in Contruction, oil and gas, Mining, is a asset.
What You'll Be Doing:
*Managing CRM Follow-ups and client touch points
*Coordinating estimates, proposals, and communications
*Following up with warm leads and new active opportunities
*Moving deals from inquiry->estimate -> close
*Maintaining organized tracking of all active deals
Compensation:
Hourly Base / PLUS generous Commissions
Performance Bonus tied to closed deals
