PMO Project Coordinator to be part of our Cross Carline & Project Engineering Team. As a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate project schedules across all phases to ensure seamless execution.
- Track parts from sourcing through Tool Kick-Off (TKO).
- Create and manage project bulletins and responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance and product action request presentations.
- Facilitate Project Management Team (PMT) and Program Review meetings.
- Manage vehicle build plans and support vehicle validation activities.
- Coordinate commercial launch plans with Brand, Plant, and Purchasing teams.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve project risks and roadblocks.
- Monitor Engineering Research & Development (ER&D) spending and engineering resource allocation against approved plans.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business from an ABET accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in any of the following areas: Product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting, quality or supply chain.
Pay: $43.00-$44.00 per hour
