Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Labourers. This role is essential to supporting various operational functions across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, productive environment. The position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work setting, with potential for growth and skill development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a tidy work area
- Support the assembly, packaging, or preparation of products as needed
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Support other departments with miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Prior experience in a manual labour or warehouse environment is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
Pay: $17.85-$29.71 per hour
