Duties

- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during meal preparation and service
- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards
- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple stations as needed
- Handle food with care to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Follow all health department regulations related to food handling and safety
Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting is required
- Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with serving customers directly or in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Familiarity with the food industry operations, including kitchen equipment and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
