Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to help clients look and feel their best in a professional and welcoming environment. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and front desk duties to ensure smooth salon operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all treatment areas and equipment
- Assist clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, and managing client records
- Promote retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries
- Support daily salon operations, including checking in clients and handling payments as needed
Skills
- Proven experience with eyelash extensions, waxing, facials, and other esthetic treatments
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and skincare techniques is preferred
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $17.85-$40.78 per hour
