We have an immediate opening for Inside Sales & Support. This position will play an integral role in communicating with clients in the region. The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar position and have a professional manner with the ability to deal with a diverse group of people.
Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to receive purchase orders and product inquiries

Create Customer Orders

Expedite orders by communicating with scheduling, production and shipping

Monitor status of orders to ensure delivery timelines are on track

Keep clients updated on the status of orders

Prepare customer quotes as needed
-
Manage customer relationships
-
Other administration duties as required
Education and Experience:
-
Completed post-secondary education in business related field or equivalent experience

Sales experience in the wheel/tire industry or service/parts industry an asset
