The Opportunity:
We are seeking a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented Beauty Sales Associate. In this role, your primary focus is exceptional service and customer connection. You are not just ringing up purchases; you are a beauty consultant, an active listener, and the welcoming face of our store. If you are target-driven and excel at reading customers' needs, sharing product knowledge, and providing a VIP experience, we want you on our team!
Your Impact (Core Responsibilities):
- Consultative Sales & KPI Achievement: Utilize effective and polite sales techniques, such as tailored cross-selling and upselling, to consistently meet or exceed your individual monthly sales KPIs.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer with a warm smile. Create a welcoming, pressure-free shopping environment where customers feel valued and understood.
- Product Expertise & Education: Master our K-Beauty and J-Beauty product lines. Confidently explain active ingredients, demonstrate skincare routines, and provide highly personalized product recommendations based on individual skin types.
- Store Operations & Point of Sale: Maintain an impeccably clean and organized sales floor. Ensure all testers are hygienic and displays are fully stocked. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions at the POS system.
Your Profile (Requirements):
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required. A proven track record of meeting personal sales targets is a significant advantage.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Because this location serves a predominantly Mandarin and Cantonese speaking customer base, conversational or professional fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred and considered a major asset for success in this role.
- Industry Passion: Deep passion for K-Beauty, Asian cosmetics, and modern skincare trends.
- Service-First Mindset: High emotional intelligence (EQ), patience, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods on the sales floor, handle stockroom duties, and safely lift up to 30 lbs.
