Role: Intermediate Fullstack Developer (Typescript / React / Node)

Salary: $110,000-$150,000 CAD p/y

Required Technical Experience-
5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.

Extensive experience developing frontend applications using React and TypeScript, including building responsive, scalable user interfaces.

Strong backend development experience using Node.js and TypeScript, including designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services.

Experience working within microservices architectures, developing distributed services that communicate through APIs and event-driven systems.

Hands-on experience building and deploying applications within AWS cloud environments.

Experience working with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda or similar event-driven compute services).

Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices, ideally using TypeScript-based frameworks.

Experience working in modern DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-based deployments.

Strong understanding of software architecture, system scalability, and performance optimization within distributed systems.
Preferred Experience

Experience working in SaaS or product-driven engineering teams.

Exposure to high-scale systems supporting real-time workflows or scheduling platforms.

Familiarity with GraphQL or modern API query layers.

Experience contributing to end-to-end product development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Product & Feature Development

Design and develop full-stack features across organization's scheduling and field technician management platform.

Build advanced scheduling algorithms that automate technician workload planning.

Develop dispatching tools and scheduling interfaces, including drag-and-drop planning capabilities.

Implement real-time technician availability and appointment booking systems.
