Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks and security hardware across different settings
- Cut and program keys for residential, commercial, and automotive applications
- Diagnose lock issues and provide effective solutions promptly
- Respond to emergency lockout situations with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct security assessments and recommend appropriate locking systems
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining solutions clearly and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Proven experience as a locksmith or in a similar security-related role is preferred
- Knowledge of lock mechanisms, electronic access control systems, and key programming tools
- Ability to operate locksmith tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Must pass background checks as required by the company policies

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
