What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.
- Communicate vehicle repair and maintenance needs clearly to customers.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and service invoices.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office (an asset).
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
