Duties
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring timely and friendly service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Experience in hospitality environments that require multitasking and quick thinking is a plus
