The Office Administrator will support the daily operations of The Help Centre through reception, administrative tasks, and client assistance. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, providing general information, and directing individuals to appropriate staff or services. The role involves preparing, organizing, and maintaining records; photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and updating office documents; and supporting staff with scheduling and information management.
The Office Administrator will assist clients with basic form completion, provide information on available programs, and support the distribution of water, food, and personal-care items when needed. The position includes data entry, maintaining service logs, and ensuring accurate and confidential documentation. The youth will demonstrate strong customer service skills by treating all clients respectfully and professionally, including those facing challenging situations. Additional duties include monitoring office supplies, keeping shared spaces organized, and assisting with outreach materials or special projects.
Pay: $17.85 per hour
