Aquarius Security & Investigative Services is hiring confident and capable Loss Prevention Investigators to support retail locations in your area. This is a hands-on, active investigative role — ideal for individuals who stay calm under pressure, make clear decisions quickly, and are comfortable professionally intervening in theft situations.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor for theft, fraud, and safety risks both on the sales floor and via CCTV
- Professionally intervene and conduct lawful apprehensions when required
- Perform active floor-walking duties with strong situational awareness
- Follow established investigative and safety protocols
- Prepare accurate and detailed incident and apprehension reports
- Respond to emergencies and escalate situations according to SOPs
What We’re Looking For

- Strong observational and communication skills
- Calm, professional presence during high-pressure situations
- Ability to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends
Requirements
- Valid Security Guard License
- Minimum 1 year of Retail Loss Prevention experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
- Ability to work across multiple sites
