Job Title: Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Our client in Mississauga is actively seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team.
Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative serves as the key liaison between the Sales Team, clients, and the internal office team. This role ensures clear and accurate communication between all parties and monitors each project from order initiation to fulfillment. The representative maintains detailed client records within the CRM system and ensures timely and effective delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Sales Support
- Communicate product information clearly and professionally to clients.
- Assist the Customer Support team in resolving order issues.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Support and Sales to facilitate issue resolution.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling.
- Prepare quotes under the direction of Sales Managers and communicate them to clients.
- Assist the Sales Team with RFP completion, distribution, and follow-up.
Order & CRM Management:
Implementation & Product Support:
Technology & Reporting:
- Maintain SharePoint document libraries and use proprietary mobile and tablet applications.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite effectively and assist in evolving client database tools.
- Serve as the CRM software expert, including training and updates.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Send samples to clients and prospects as required.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and internal meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support company operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer support, or order administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and client-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in implementation, start-ups, or equipment demonstrations is an asset.
