POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs daily duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms. Making schedule opining and closing. Room check/ Housekeeping Supervisor promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly. Practice safe working habits, including bending and lifting appropriately to avoid injury, reporting hazards, appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and working to minimize tripping hazards. Able to speak and read the English language, Additional languages are an asset.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Cleaning of guest bathroom/bedroom, and guest hallways.
- Checks rooms.
- Making schedule and do inventory.
- Able to do ordering.
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
- Responsible for guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction.
- Physical mobility and stamina required
- Ability to carry out significant amounts of lifting, bending and stretching
- Ability to follow instruction
- Detail-oriented
- Professional attitude is required
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Available weekday and weekend mornings
