Widely regarded as the best restaurant in Simcoe County, we are looking to add a talented cook to our team. We pay cash tips ($2.50 hr. average), $17.00 to start, at 3 months you get $18.00 or more if applicable. We pay a $500 retention bonus every six months you stay with us ($1,000 per year).
Job description
Working closely with Chef Ben to prepare and cook quality Ontario meats & produce over custom built wood fired grill.
Job Duties:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
