Job Description:
- Review project plans and specification
- Preparation of tenders and quotations
- Preparation of quantity take-offs
- Attend site visits for government, corporate and private customers
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing for projects
- Work with Superintendents to execute projects from start to finish
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Engineering or project management is preferred
- Experience in project management or estimating is an asset
- Ability to read plans
- Aptitude for civil construction
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assist with project layout
- Experience with CAD and B2W an asset
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Capable of working in a team environment
- Good written and oral communication
