Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the hotel’s standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and experience in hospitality or front desk operations. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including billing and reporting for overnight audits
- Prepare daily reports and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy of hotel financials
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift
- Follow hotel policies regarding security procedures and confidentiality of guest information
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions
- Experience operating multi-line phone systems and handling guest services efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and procedures is advantageous
- Flexibility to work overnight hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
