As demand for our projects continues to grow, we're expanding our construction team and looking for another Lead Hand to help us deliver the quality, professionalism, and customer experience we're known for.
This is not a position for someone who needs to be told what to do every day.
This is a position for someone who can think ahead, stay organized, lead a team, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Pool experience is not required.
Leadership experience is.
If you've successfully led crews in construction, landscaping, excavation, concrete, civil construction, renovations, roofing, carpentry, or a similar industry, we want to talk to you.
We can teach pools.
We can't teach ownership.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Leadership
- Leading and directing daily crew activities
- Training and developing crew members
- Holding team members accountable to expectations
- Creating a positive and productive work environment
Project Management
- Running projects with minimal supervision
- Reviewing plans and preparing jobs in advance
- Ensuring crews have the tools, materials, and information needed to succeed
- Maintaining project schedules and productivity
Planning & Organization
- Thinking ahead and anticipating problems before they occur
- Coordinating labour, equipment, and materials
- Preparing for tomorrow's work before tomorrow arrives
- Identifying risks early and creating solutions
Accuracy & Quality
- Verifying measurements before work begins
- Understanding grades, elevations, and layout requirements
- Ensuring projects meet company quality standards
- Preventing costly mistakes through planning and attention to detail
Customer Experience
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Representing R&R Pools positively on every project
- Taking pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience

Pay: $63,500.00-$83,500.00 per year
