Position Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our crews at The Chickenburger and Chicken Little. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, build confidence, and be part of a supportive team.
As a Team Member, you'll help create an outstanding guest experience by serving customers, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and working collaboratively with your teammates in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting guests and providing friendly, professional customer service
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Preparing food and beverages according to company standards
- Assembling and expediting orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Following food safety, health, and safety procedures
- Working collaboratively with team members across the kitchen, front counter, and drive-thru areas
- Contributing to a positive guest experience during every shift
