Your Opportunity!
Knollcrest Lodge is recruiting for Part-Time and Full-time Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team in Milverton. In this role, you will report to the Director of Resident Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Provide medication and treatment administration, as per scope of RPN
- Conduct routine assessments and monitor residents’ health status
- Collaborate with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation of residents’ records
- Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a safe environment
Job Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience working in health care or long term care setting is considered an asset
- Ability to read and write in English, and understand verbal and written instructions in English
- Extremely strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with other colleagues
- Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
