Aquaworx Pool and Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced pool and hot tub service technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing both pools and hot tubs for residential clients. This includes troubleshooting, repairing or replacing equipment, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Performing plumbing repairs.
- Identify mechanical problems, electrical issues, or component failures, and perform necessary repairs or replacements to restore functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance work
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience preferred in the pool and spa service industry
- Knowledge of pool and hot tub equipment and systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good punctuality and teamwork skills are a must
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week, some Saturdays may be required
