We are looking for a reliable, high-energy Line Cook/Closing Supervisor who can handle the heat of a busy dinner rush and take the lead when the lights go down. If you’re a pro on the line but also have the organizational "it" factor to manage a team and shut down a kitchen properly, we want to meet you.
This isn’t just about flipping burgers; it’s about maintaining standards, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the kitchen is set up for success the following morning.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu items to spec with speed and precision during high-volume service.
- Act as the point of contact during the closing shift, ensuring all stations are cleaned, sanitized, and broken down correctly.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring every plate leaving the window meets our standards.
- Oversee all closing checklists, including equipment shutoff, walk-in organization, and kitchen security.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a high-volume professional kitchen.
- Leadership: Previous experience in a supervisory or "lead" role is a major plus, but we’re willing to train a senior cook ready to level up.
- Stamina: Ability to stay focused and move fast during an 8-hour shift on your feet.
- Eye for Detail: You’re the person who notices if the low-boy isn’t organized or the grill wasn't scraped properly
