Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Framing Foreman to oversee framing operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will lead a team of carpenters, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of framing processes, and proficiency with construction management tools to coordinate effectively across various phases of the project.
Primary responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate employees or subcontractors;
- Ensure meticulous quality control and inspection of installations;
- Offer extensive project planning and project management support;
- Actively participate in safety and incident investigations and reviews;
- Assist the project coordinator in reviewing and updating construction schedules;
- Oversee the training of all workers;
- Regularly attend weekly and quarterly production meetings;
- Take responsibility for the upkeep of the company’s equipment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in employee supervision;
- Bilingualism is considered an asset;
- Positive Attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction;
- Demonstrated experience in carpentry, especially framing;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure;
- Self-motivated, responsible, and dedicated work ethic.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Framing carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
