This is a call center environment focused on day-to-day operational support. The contractor will be making outbound calls to financial institutions and updating internal systems. Approximately 80% of functions will include conducting outbound calls, with responsibility for the timely and accurate follow-up of client transfers from other financial institutions into TD Wealth. The remaining 20% of functions will include data entry, updating in-house systems, and working closely with ISM, Kofax (Imaging system), and in-house Case Management software. The contractor will have access to customer data and will interact primarily with external parties, with a daily 15-minute team huddle.
- Make outbound calls to financial institutions and update internal systems
- Conduct timely and accurate follow-up of client transfers from other financial institutions into TD Wealth
- Perform data entry functions, including updating in-house systems
- Work closely with ISM, Kofax (Imaging system), and in-house Case Management software
- Update tickets and carry out data entry duties with excellent verbal and written communication
- Participate in daily 15-minute team huddles
- Meet daily deliverable targets as a measure of performance
- Operations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for updating tickets and carrying out data entry duties
- Professional and interpersonal skills for making phone calls (phone experience is a strong must-have skill required for the role)

- Strong Excel — good understanding of using Excel spreadsheets (will be using spreadsheets with macros; must have strong technical skills to be able to pick up on learning macros during training)

- Previous TD Wealth experience
- Previous experience with ISM, EIS, or Ticketing systems
- Banking experience
- Bilingual – French and English
- Experience with macros (a huge plus)
- University degree required
- 1–2 years of overall experience
- Call center environment with primary outbound phone-based interaction
