Morgan Art Academy is looking for a friendly, creative, and highly organized part-time sales associate to join our growing team!
This role is perfect for someone who is looking to work in and around artistic visitors in the act of creating and can confidently multitask while helping create a warm and inspiring atmosphere.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and assisting gallery visitors
- Serving customers in our open studio space
- Preparing and serving coffee/canteen items
- Processing sales and handling transactions
- Keeping the space tidy, stocked, and welcoming
- Answering questions about classes, events, artwork, and products
- Supporting day-to-day gallery and studio and café operations
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is outgoing, kind, and dependable :)
- Works well under pressure and can multitask efficiently
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Is comfortable handling food and beverages
- Appreciates art, creativity, and community
- Can work evenings and/or weekends
Bonus Assets:
- Experience in retail, cafés, galleries, or customer service
- Knowledge of social media & photography is an asset to help us document and share our business.
- Interest in art or creative spaces a huge asset.
This position is part-time with room to grow as Morgan Art Academy expands.
