Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AZ Truck Driver (Manual) (Canada - USA) to operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently across various routes. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual transmission trucks, possess strong driving skills, and be capable of handling freight and heavy equipment. Responsibilities
- Safely operate AZ-certified manual transmission trucks for Cross Border (Canada & USA).
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Assist with forklift operation when necessary for loading or unloading freight
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to maintain vehicle functionality
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and communication with dispatch
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional customer service
Experience
- Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating manual transmission trucks in a commercial setting
- Familiarity with freight handling, heavy equipment operation, and forklift use is preferred
- Basic automotive repair knowledge is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in heavy equipment operation or logistics is advantageous
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adhere to safety standards at all times
Pay: $7,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
