About the Role
First Point Cleaners is looking for experienced independent contractors to join our network of cleaning professionals. You’ll take on cleaning jobs across residential and commercial spaces in the Windsor area, delivering the high standard of quality our clients expect. This is a contract position, not employment , you set up as your own operator and take on jobs that fit your schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain restroom cleanliness, disinfecting fixtures, restocking supplies
- Remove trash and recycling per protocol
- Operate cleaning equipment safely (floor buffers, carpet cleaners, pressure washers, etc.)
- Follow job-specific cleaning checklists and schedules
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to First Point Cleaners promptly
- Follow health and safety best practices on every job
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or janitorial)
- Own reliable transportation preferred, but not required
- Own cleaning equipment and supplies preferred, but not required (some jobs may supply equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Good communication skills for coordinating job details and reporting issues
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment for extended periods
- Must be legally able to work as an independent contractor in Canada

Pay: $17.60-$26.00 per hour
