We’re hiring an Operations Buyer in Windsor, ON!
- $65,000–$80,000 per year, negotiable based on experience
- Full-time days, 8am-5pm
- IMMEDIATE START!
Responsibilities:

Manage supplier performance, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
*
Act as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues within the plant
*
Implement and manage indirect procurement activities, including purchases outside existing agreements
*
Support cost-saving initiatives and commodity strategies in collaboration with Category Management
Requirements:
*
Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
*
1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry
*
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence tools; ERP experience (e.g., Dynamics 365) considered an asset
*
Basic understanding of contract law and supplier agreements
*
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and manufacturing processes is an asset
*
Willingness to travel up to 20% as required
